RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return Process:
Please contact our customer service team first, provide the order number and reason for return, and obtain a return authorization and return address.
Pack the product securely according to the instructions provided by the customer service and send it back to the designated address.
Return costs (such as shipping costs) may be borne by you unless there is a quality problem with the product or we sent the wrong product.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and confirm that the returned product meets the return conditions, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
The refund will be returned to your payment account. The refund time may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing speed. - Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligibility:
As with the return policy, you have the right to apply for an exchange within 7 days.

Exchange Process:

Once we receive and confirm that the original product is eligible for exchange, we will send the new product as soon as possible.
Exchange Cost:
The exchange cost (such as shipping) may be borne by you, unless there is a quality problem with the product or we sent the wrong product.
If there is a price difference due to the exchange (such as the price of the new product is higher than the original product), we will contact you and handle the payment. - Special Notes
Customized products:
Customized products (such as jeans customized according to personal size) usually do not support returns or exchanges unless there are quality problems.
Promotional products:
The return and exchange policies of promotional products (such as discounts, limited-time discount products) may be different. Please read the product details carefully or contact customer service for confirmation before placing an order.
Non-returnable products:
Some products (such as underwear, undergarments, unsealed cosmetics, etc.) may not support returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
